About Machine Intelligence
We advise international professionals who need careers that still make sense three to five years after the first German contract.
Machine Intelligence grew out of repeated conversations with newcomers who had strong qualifications yet no map for how German titles, recognition steps, and regional labour markets fit together. The name reflects careful judgement about work — not software products. We remain a human consulting practice based in Colmberg, Freistaat Bayern.
Our approach
Every engagement starts with constraints: language level, family geography, regulated-occupation rules, and the kind of employer culture you can sustain. Only then do we talk about ambitious titles. Clients leave with written outlines, annotated plans, or briefing notes — documents you can reopen when an offer arrives that does not fit the longer arc.
We work in English and German as needed, and we schedule around shift work and time zones when clients are still abroad.

Engineers, laboratory specialists, teachers, pharmacists, analysts, and other skilled professionals moving into or advancing within Germany. If your question is mainly visa law or CV formatting, we will say so and point you elsewhere — our strength is long-term employment direction.
