Data we collect
When you submit a contact form we process your name, email address, selected consultation type, preferred format, and message content. If you email or call us, we process the information you choose to share, which may include education history, work experience, and language level relevant to career planning. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and access times for security and technical operation.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to consultation requests and to prepare engagements (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where steps are taken prior to a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) for legitimate interest in answering inquiries). Essential cookies support site function; optional analytics cookies are used only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention
Contact-form messages are retained for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Consultation files for booked clients are retained for the duration of the engagement and up to six years thereafter for accounting and dispute purposes where applicable. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
Recipients and international transfers
Hosting and email providers may process data as processors under contract. If a provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. You may withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Our services are directed at adults planning professional careers. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
