Process
- You complete a short intake covering education, work history, German language level, and preferred regions.
- Session one clarifies constraints: family plans, relocation willingness, recognition of foreign qualifications, and salary bands that actually match your field in Germany.
- Session two builds role sequences — entry roles, mid-path moves, and stretch targets — with credential and language checkpoints.
- Session three stress-tests the plan against hiring cycles and sector realities, then we finalise the written outline.
Preparation
Bring degree certificates, a current CV, any Anerkennung (recognition) correspondence, and notes on where you want to live in five years.
